Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Free 30-minute consultations are available by appointment only. Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting details. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before your appointment to allow others the opportunity to book. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session may result in restrictions on future free bookings. If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice ("no-show"), you may be required to book a paid session for future consultations.
